Yeah, finished at 2:52 am so there are a few mistakes.(ex:Kevins face getting blurry). Also the top is kind of empty due to lack of creativity during sleep typing.

From left to right:

Gavin -- Xxdagger1xX
Failure -- Himself
Kevin -- Pyroda
isleep -- Hanna
Kwidgi -- Kiwi/Lauren?
Jen -- xJenJenz

I use 750x220 for my banners, but I think you could probably go up to 820x300. And as for a guild meeting, I still need to readd people back to the guild so we have enough members to even call ourselves a guild. But hey, we have alot of room for new members so all's good.
