The remnant of that storm hit Toronto last night, and it actually merged with another smaller storm that was lingering around the southern Canada/northern States but luckily we only get crazy winds without much rain.

Indeed my house be fine from Ike; all I got was a bunch of branches that fell, no intense damage done. A few trees did fall in my neighborhood, but that's it.
