I'd say with 99.99% certainty that's a hack.
Sort of heard that they (Nexon) never managed to patch everything about the packet hacking program. There was one person in that one hacking forum who says he figured out how to "turn back the clock" sort of speak, so that a character can massively fame/defame another char.

Oh and Khaini has their first 50 INT sauna (perfect 10x 10% overall scrolling) ... LOL ... also by using the packet hack.

i know that diego was legit(i think) but i agree it was probably the packet hax

As far as I know only Diego has gotten that 30k fame legitly.
I last check the fame rank about a month ago, and the closest one was like only 10k or something.
Even if someone were to buy massive fames, they can't possibly get that 20k in just over a month (mind you they still have to spend like 400m at least - assuming 20k per fame which is like the cheapest you can go).

Nahhh you can buy fame for 10k or 15k
