Quite honestly I'm not sure Gavin ... I haven't really been following attack wg prices.
But here are some approximate prices on other 0 slots gloves
9 atk about 10m-ish
10 atk about 20m-ish
11 atk about 40m-ish
12 atk about 60m-ish
These are just some approximation I can get from Basil and SW.net
Since yours is 9 atk with 1 slot, well it can become either one of these options or well ... blew up in worst case scenario (with that last slot).
I'd say try haggle with the buyer (if you're selling) to 30m (which will put it between the 10 and 11 atk glove price).
If you're buying ... try haggle down to 20m-ish, which will put it to the 10 atk ... esp since you still need to buy a 100% glove atk to make it 10 atk ... or gamble with a 60% scroll to try make it 11 atk.
